Squats???? Yeah, I felt like I had to redeem myself after having such a shitty squat workout the other day.

Squats

Shrugs w/trap bar
405x15,455x15,505x15
Upright Rows w/rope
3sets of 12
V-Grip Pulldowns
3sets of 12-15
Partial Pullups
3sets of 10
Hammer Curls
50's x15,60's x15,70's x15

Time to drop the weight back on the squats and start hitting higher reps.
