Bench Press
225x5,275x3(tricep was quivering),315x6,345x3,365x2
4 Board Press
225x25,245x18(w/wider grip)
Incline Bench
225x10,245x10x2sets,265x1,285x1,305x1,325x1(singles were done very quickly. I just took enough time between sets to change the weight)
Incline Db Presses(held the db's together)
35's x15,40's x15,45'sx15
One Arm Presses on Hammer Strength BP
70x30 each arm x2,45x20 each arm
Reverse Grip Pushdowns
3sets of 20
One Arm Rope Pushdowns
15x20x2sets,20x20 w/torn tricep arm
