How do you squat with you torn tricep? How is the tricep doing after a month? Do you have any competitions on the horizon?
Squatting was never a problem with it.... thank goodness. As for my tricep, it's slowly getting better. I've been pounding it with tons of reps three days a week just to pump blood into it and teach it to contract.
As for competitions, I was planning to do a push/pull meet this fall but... well, you know. I'm being hopeful that next spring I'll be all healed up and ready to go. For now I'm just trying to put some muscle on and get everything healed up.
