M-E Bench 9-22

I was unable to get to the gym on sunday so no shirt work this week Trained last night at a local gym and got some decent work in

135/225/315 x 10 warm up

added 2 board

all lifts done on a regular gym bench without a lift-off guy so i was pleased with the weight and how i moved it

JM Presses
135 x 10 x 2
225 x 10 x 2

Push Downs
stack x 15 x 5

1 Arm Preecher Curls
45 x 10 x 2
90 x 10 x 2

Pec-Dec
medium weight x 25 x 3

That was plenty will hit up back and shoulders tomorow Ill be getting some deep tissue work done on my arms this week as well that fucking numb hand nonsense is rearing its ugly head again not as severe but im hoping to catch it before it fucks me up again Talk to you mf''ers on wednesday
