yesterday and today

I did some benching yesterday. It was pathetic. I feel like I'm this big V-8 engine with four fowled plugs. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. Yeah, I know I've had some injuries but c'mon. Without going into detail of how shitty my training was yesterday, here's what I did...

Benched
5sets of 7-25
Decline Bench
3sets of 12-15
Tricep Ext w/mini band
3sets of 15 per arm


Today, I saved face...

*I use the camber bar for bent rows. So instead of unloading all the weight and loading another bar, I used the camber bar for pulling. Because the camber bar like to spin in my hands, I used my new kickass APT straps that I got from Elite Fitness Systems to help me with my grip.
