Big Mike: Been doing the elliptical and watching my portions; that's been a big help. Doing cardio and shorter, 45 min to an hour weight sessions. BP is low, pulse is good, and I'm feeling great. Now, if they just made Low-Cal Jack Daniels, I'd be set.

I heard you lost a bunch of weight and that you felt much better. I wanted to e-mail you and ask how you dealt with the different mind set when it came to training. Obviously you were successful and kept your sanity. I guess there's hope for me. Thanks Jim, it was good hearing from you.
