Still having shoulder issues as well as lower back tightness. I had trouble setting up properly so i didnt push it.

Again wrapped it up due to the shoulder and back issues// Ive learned to listen to my body and it was screaming for some ice /// all in all a good session, Gary's 515 was fucking impressive, Pauly is getting back to were he needs to be also dealing with some shoulder issues//I just need to be smart and not push it too much till i get this shoulder better
