Assistance Work 10-7-08

Did a quick Back and Bi workout with some shoulders thrown in for good measure.


Chest supported T-Bar rows
45 x 10
90 x 10
135 x 10
180 x 10
225 x 10
275 x 5 x 2
180 x 15

I really think these are helping. Sense ive added a specific back day and trained it pretty heavy ive definately noticed a change in my overall strength and bench set up. I simply feel stronger I always trained back but not to this degree I really think that its making a huge diference


Seated Face Pulls

half stack x 10 x 2
3/4 stack x 10
stack x 10

1Arm Preecher Curls
45 x 10
90 x 10 x 2
115 x 10 x 1
125 x 5 x 1

Cable crossover flex curls
3 x 15 medium weight


Dumbell Shruggs
100's x 10
120's x 10
130's x 10
140's x 10

I did this workout in about 40 minutes which almost constitutes cardio
