First off, I am a big fan of your log. I have followed your training advice on this and another popular forum for lifters...
My question is regarding the neck machine. I do have one at my gym and wanted to start using it (after your "how to lose your neck" answer). Would you recommend higher rep work with the machine? I was thinking of 4-5 sets of 10-12 with moderate weight to start, increasing as my neck got stronger...

When using the machine I like to hit 3 sets each way, trying to keep my reps 15-20, with as much weight as I can handle. I found that this worked great for me. This will definitely add size. Don't forget to throw in some other neck exercises too. I always found the neck harness was great for building strength.
