Bench Work 10-16-08

I am having some arm issues again trouble gripping the bar. My strength is good but Im strugling to any kind of reps at all i cant hold my grip and my hands slide out with anything more than 1 rep. Because of this shit im modifying my training a little and for the next 2 weeks or so im only going to do singles. That combined with rest, ice, and some massage therapy hopefully will do the trick,and Im open to any suggestions and or new ideas

615 x 1 felt freeky/// my hands were numb and i had no lift off guy but it went up like 225///the hand issues really put a damper on my training Im happy with my strength at this stage but I know im loosing 50-75lbs because of this shit
