Bench Work 10-20-08

Still having the grip issues so i decided to do some pressing movements tonight that were more condusive to my situation


Plate Loaded Flat Bench Machine

Im not sure the brand name but it seemed like a good idea I figured I could do some decent weight without agrivating my hands too much

1 plate per side x 25
2 plates per side x 25
3 x 15
4 x 15
5 x 10
6 x 10 x 2

I really feel like this is a decent alternative especially in my current condition. I loaded the bastard up and got some good work in and I was able to do the reps with my hands open which totally took the strain off my aching arms and hands


Incline bench //Smith Machine//also hands open

135 x 20
225 x 15
315 x 10 x 2
405 x 10

Cable Crossovers
medium weight x 10 x 4


T- Bar rows non chest supported
medium weight x 10 x 5

Seated Face Pulls
medium weight x 10 x 4


Push-Downs on lat pull
medium weight x 15 x 5

1 Arm reverse pushdowns/cable
medium weight x 15 x 4

Hammer Curls//machine
medium weight x 10 x 4


My body responded reall well to the switch up Im going to try an impliment some different movements in the next couple sessions I think its time for a bit of a change Im hoping it will trigger an increase in my raw bench
