added another day 10/23

I've decided that since I can't get what I want to do with my training in two hours(two hours because that's how long you have to drop your child off in the gym's day care)that I would add another day for all the bullshit stuff. You know... biceps, neck, grip stuff, more abs, and so on.

Well, my 'added day' started off to a bad start. My left hip has been out for some time now. After pulling out of the rack Tuesday my hip has really been lit up. I decided this morning to call to a chiropractor that was recommended to me by a guy at work. I get the receptionist on the phone and she tells me that she can get me in today but all the chiropractor was going to do is take my info and some x-rays and then I would have to comeback at a later date to get adjusted. I explained to her that I have been going to chiropractors for the past 18 years and I know what is wrong, I just need an adjustment. After explaining to her that I was very much in pain, all she could say was that "it's for safety purposes". I hung up. This put's me in the most shittiest mood ever. I can see the x-rays but I can't see having to wait several days later to get a lousy 5 minute adjustment! What a scam to charge my insurance company for another visit and I'm made to suffer in the meantime.

I had some other crap that just piled on this morning, by the time I got to the gym I had about 35 minutes to train. Here's what I did...

Alt Db Curls
35's x15,50's x10,60's x10,65's x10,70's x8,45's x18
Wrist Curls(yes... wrist curls)
50x25,60x25,70x20
Abs and a lot of talking

Oh yeah, I got somebody at the gym to pop my hip in... sorta. It still aches.
