M-E Bench 10-26-08
Took a few days off prior to training on Sunday, still having arm and gripping issues,so I didn't go too crazy.
Add 1 board with foam
Strength felt real good, but couldn't grip the bar so I stopped there.
Incline bench in power rack:
Incline tate presses with fat bar:
Fat bar push downs:
Side lateral raises with chains:
3 sets of 15 with 1 set of chains
light x 15 x3
15 minutes of foam roller,lower back,upper back,chest,arms etc...ouch!!!
That was enough for today, going for some deep tissue work on Tuesday.
