Bench Work 11-3-08

Took some time off to rest just trained 1 time last week. I am really not wired right for that what an asshole I become without regular training I need structure MFrrrrrrrs

I really like using the fat bar especially when my arm issues flare up it allows me to still go pretty heavy without the pain or the gripping issues. A word to the wise stay focused while doing these I got a little sloppy on one rep and nearly dropped it at the top ///STAY UNDER CONTROLL

I wrapped it while still feeling pretty good. Maybe Im onto something with the quicker shorter workout my arms sure feel better today
