Back only just did n3 excersises heavy and got the f out


T-bar Rows/from floor
45 x 15 x 2 warmup
90 x 10
135 x 10
180 x 10
225 x 10
270 x 10 x 1
then did tear down set, no rest, 270 x 5 225 x 5 180 x 5 135 x 5 90 x 5 45 to failure didnt count reps


Seated Face pulls
medium weight x 15 x 4


Reverse Hypers
medium weight x 15 x 5


I like doing 1 body part workouts like that every so often especialy when im not 100 percent ill probably bhit shoulders the same way tonight
