monday's workout

I was training Monday when my wife walked up to me complaining that she felt like she was coming down with a major cold. Well, I ended up catching her germs. Feeling like kah-kah, I'll be taking a few days off from training.

Here's what I did on Monday...

Camber Bar Bench(paused reps)
225x5,275x1,315x5,325x3x2sets,225x15
Db Presses
100's x15,105's x15,110's x15
Pushdowns
4sets of a shitload of reps
Abs

I'm contemplating going on one of those diets where ya get all ripped up. You know... more than I am right now. So as soon as the Halloween candy is gone, I'm on it.
