yesterday and today

Yesterday - shoulders and triceps

Four Board Press w/mini bands

Seated Front Press

Rolling Db Ext

Incline Situps
set of 30

The four board presses were done slow and I paused them at the top, concentrating squeezing my triceps. The last few reps were actually hard, if you can believe it. My left arm was quivering every time locking the weight out. A couple of weeks ago I tried to hold weight for time and I couldn't hold 425 for two seconds. My left arm just wouldn't support it.


Today - did some squatting out at the Compound with Dave and friends

Had another great time training at Dave place. He has a great place and you couldn't ask more for a training facility. Any hardcore lifter dreams of having the set up Dave has. It makes it hard to go back to a commercial gym.
