Good day of training. One of my old buddies from my undergraduate years came down to train with me. We will probably keep this up on a regular basis. He is also getting ready for the same meet that I am.

On my first set of 800, after I performed the 2 reps I missed racking the bar and dumped it again. This is two weeks in a row now dumping the bar. I really couldn't do anything but laugh even though I was really angry, but I didn't get injured so life goes on.
