lower back and hip pain

For the past 2 months, maybe longer, I have had some pain in my lower left area of my back. I thought my hip might be out a bit and just needed an adjustment. My chirpractor must be having a hard time getting me in and needs to find a different method. The pain has been getting worse and when I bend over, say to put my drawers on, the pain radiates from my back around to the front and it feels like its right down into the socket. The pain was so bad that I decided not to train Saturday and yesterday barely got through my workout handling very little weight.

Today, I doubled the amount of ibuprofen I've been taking to 2000mg(I know it's nuts but it works... for a little while). I was getting through my workout with little discomfort when one of the ladies working the daycare had come out to tell me Izzy had made a stinker. Well, she did a bit more than that and wet through her pants. With no other clothes for me to change her into, I scooped her up and headed home. Here's what I got in today...


V-Grip Pulldowns
150x15,170x15,190x15,210x15
Bent Rows
225x7,315x7,365x7(these bothered my hip and back)
Shrugs
315x10,455x10

...and that was it. I'll get in tomorrow and make up for what I missed today.
