yesterday's workout continued

I started where I left off yesterday... shruggin'. I threw in some benching too because I got talked into it(even though I did my chest training Monday). So I super set the shrugs and the bench together.

Shrugs
135x20, 225x10, 315x10, 405x10, 495x10, 545x10, 595x15, 405x30
Bench
135x15,225x5,315x3,365x2(could not lockout third),385x1,405 missed, but so close at the top, 225x21
Upright Cable Rows w/rope
140x15,170x12,190x12
Reverse Grip Pulldowns
180x15,200x15,220x15
Some grip work

I was a bit surprised that I almost got 405 on the bench. It flew off my chest but that's not the problem, it's that last couple of inches that my triceps just won't lock anything out. Hell, just a couple of weeks ago I tried holding weight for time and I couldn't hold up 415 for more than two seconds. I'll keep at it though. Maybe I'll find something that works.
