last couple of workouts

I just came in from taking my bike up to the gas station and I tell you what... 40 degrees is not riding weather. We finally got a break from the rain and snow. It just warmed up enough that I thought I'd better get some fuel and gas additive in for the winter. Just getting back from the gym, wearing shorts, I threw on a hoodie and was off. You should of seen the looks I got. Oh well, maybe it will give'em something to talk about for a minute.

Here's what I did Monday... no plan, just a lot of pressing...

3sets of 15(can't remember the weight, it was light though)
One Arm Rope Tri Pushdowns

I found out what was wrong with my lower back/hip. More about that later.
