Bench training 2-2-09

Feeling better each day, my strength level is ok but not quite were it needs to be I luckily have 3 weeks


Power Rack Bench Work
135,225,275,315 x 10
405 x 5
495 x 5
545 x 3
585 x 1 x 3
605 x 1 pause decent bar speed solid liftt
615 x 1 x 2 both pretty solid reps spaced out and didnt pause them but im good with my progress will up the singles to 625 next session


thats all I had time for today had a meeting to be at im doing assistance tomorow


all in all Im happy with my progress as long as I stay healthy ill be ready to put up some decent numbers on the 21'st
