Bench Work 2-10-09

As the meet nears i tend to do less per workout Last night I decided to do my last heavy session I ended up with a pr on 2 boards

Power Rack Bench
135--315 x 10
405 x 5
495 x 3
545 x 2
605 x 1 paused rep
added 2 board
635 x 1
675 x 1
705 x 1 pr all lifts were done in the power rack without a lift off some say stupid i say its what I know and it works for me //i had small bands on as well reverse band style but i dont think they did shit i took the 405 with and without and I truely couldnt tell the difference Im not especially known for my smarts!!!!
