Glad you're back! What are your training goals now? I remember back before you stopped posting you were losing weight. Any meets coming up in the 275s?
Thanks Andrew. It's good to be back... again. When I quit posting last I just started back on the fertility meds, that and watching what I was eating. I got down to 290 and couldn't get any lower. Sure, I could of tweaked a few things but to be honest, I looked and felt pathetic. When I started the cardio I was at the end of the fertility stuff. The water weight started to come back and I'm weighing about 315. The cardio is nice. I didn't think I would enjoy it but I really do feel a lot better, even with the added weight.
Training goals? I want to put some size back on but stay under 320. Tighten up a bit and keep the 308 weight class in sight if and when I decide to step back on the platform. I really think I could make another go at it if I just could get some time and make it out to Dave Tate's place. Metro Fitness doesn't quite cut it.
