last two workouts
Tuesday 3/31 Did some chest work. I'm starting to realize... again, that training the upper back the day before benching is not such a good idea.
315x7x2sets(2nd set paused)
Incline Db Presses
...my bench training is sooo in the toilet
Wednesday 4/1 Thought I would go a little heavy in the squats... but, because I had such a good day pulling Saturday, my mid/lower back thought otherwise.
Leg Press(45 degree)
3sets of 10 w/11 plates per side
3sets of 8
3sets of 15
no abs or cardio today... daughters gymnastics class got out a bit late, therefore I was running late
