Man, I forgot how much I really hate deload weeks. Or to put a positive spin on in, I forgot how much I really need to bust my ass in the gym on a consistent basis to feel at ease.
As a side note, my shoulder is still a bit stiff and sore from the other day. Should be all better in a few days though. Strange how that happens and how quickly it heals.
