As predicted, I just didn't have a PR in me today. Perhaps I would if I didn't push it so hard in the first two weeks, but I don't mind sacrificing one in the third week to supercompensate and smash PRs in the next wave.

I think that my theory applies to the deadlift only. We'll see what happens with squats on Thursday.

Today, I had some of the best energy that throughout the day that I've had in a while. I got up a few hours earlier than normal to do some laundry and had a pretty full day with six clients, yet I only had a Redline before lifting at 2PM. I got to bed at midnight the night before, which I think is a huge factor here. Even getting 7-8 hours of sleep doesn't really compare when I get to bed at a later hour.
