*The JM presses are a bit shakey for me with the heavier weight. My left bicep(the bicep I tore) feels like it wants to give out as I bring the bar back to my chin. I'll just have to be careful.

Pushdowns were a bit difficult. Not because of the amount of weight I was using but because of the rolling abs exercise I did the day before. Instead of using a 25lb plate on each side and keeping my knees on the floor, I used a 35lb plate on each side and put my knees on a 4'' platform. It was a totally different exercise(sort of... it just made it tougher). I can't believe how sore I got from it.
