Reverse Green Band Presses

Two Arm Curls w/straight bar

I thought the reverse band presses was something I needed to help my top end. I hooked the bands to adjustable pins on the power rack instead of hooking it to the top. There wasn't much tension. It only took 95'bs to touch the chest. I need to hit more stuff like this, the stuff I used to do at WS, in order to beef my bench up. Today was also a good indication that I'm not as strong off my chest as I thought I was.
