Rolling Abs(used 35's on each side of the bar and put my feet up on a 4'' platform... tough)

Volume wasn't much. I've been burning the candle at both ends with overtime at work and not getting much sleep when I get home. Yesterday was nice. It was my first day off in about three weeks.

The JM presses were extremely light but had to cut them short because of tightness in my right tricep, just above the elbow.
