5/12 back stuff

Going in today I didn't know how much back work I really wanted to do because of what I did on Saturday(which wasn't much). So I decided to pull.

Deadlifts w/trap bar

385x5
515x3
605x3
655x3
715x3
785x3

Partial Pullups
3sets of 10

V-Grip Pulldowns
180x10
220x7
260x7
280x7

Deadlifts felt great up until the last rep of the last set. I felt a little tweak on my left side and as I'm writing this it's feeling a bit stiff. Hope it feels better by Thursday. I got to squat.
