5/29 shoulders and triceps

Front Presses w/smith machine
225x8

185x19

Skull Crushers
115x20
added mini band around my back
115x12x3sets

Pushdowns
4sets of 10
set of 50 w/descending weight

Wrist Roller(front and back)
sets with 50,55 and 60lbs

Leg Raises
3sets of 15-20


I don't care much for the smith machine but a buddy of mine talked me into it. Instead of being able to push the weight back over my head, the groove of the machine felt like I was pushing the weight away from me. The bench I was on didn't help either, even with someone stepping on the back of it. I got a good workout from it though. I'll have to throw these in more often.
