last weeks training

This past week has been nuts with the passing of my wife's grandfather. So getting to the gym and the computer wasn't much of a priority the last few days.


6/8 chest - What I can remember of this day was that everything felt like a ton. Out of frustration over how weak my bench is, I tried to hit a single with 410. It didn't happen and the rest of the workout is a blur to me.


6/11 shoulders and triceps

Seated Front Press

Close Grip Decline Presses

Db Cleans

Seated Tricep Ext Machine
4sets of 15

Pushdowns w/rope

I have some severe tendonitis in my right elbow, on the inside and it's kicking my ass.


6/12 legs

Leg Presses(45 degree)

1310x5

Stiff Leg Deadlifts
315x10
365x10
415x10

That was it for legs and I'm still sore.
