6/15 DE Benchin'

Hee-hee! Yeah, I'm all over the place when it comes to training my bench. I know my injuries have just about killed it but c'mon... I'm a 320+ guy who can't throw up 400lbs. It's ridiculous. Here's what I did...

Speed Bench w/mini's
205 for 9 or 12(I lost count... must be gettin' old)

Straight Bar Skull Crushers w/mini's
bar x15x3sets
95x15x3sets(elbow was killing me)

Lateral Raises
30's x10
35's x10
40's x10
45's x10
50's x10

Neck Work
3sets, front and back, 15-20reps

Wrist Roller
60lbs x3sets front and back
35lbs x3sets

Abs


The workout went pretty quick, not a lot of time between sets... except for the times when I had to explain what I was doing in my training now. Even if this doesn't help get my bench up, speed work always left me with a great workout.
