so far this week...

So far this week my training has been crap. I just haven't been able to get it in. Monday I had a doctors appointment. Tuesday, got in the gym late and ended up bullshitting my workout away. Wednesday, I did know what to do because I didn't want to mess up the rest of the week. Thursday, the power went out, got off to a late start and said screw it. Today I have another doctors appointment. I don't know about you guys but I turn into a big bitch when I don't get to train. Anyway...


Tuesday - upper back

Wednesday

Speed Bench w/ mini's

Neck Machine
3sets, front and back, 15-20 reps
