Last time deadlifting before the meet. My right hip feels a little funky. Probably because I'm not used applying max force to submaximal loads anymore.
Starting to think about my attempts for the meet. I'll post some more details when I've given it a bit more thought.
I've been getting a lot of sleep, making up for all that I was missing out on when my schedule was so crazy the last few weeks. Saturday and Sunday I slept 10 hours each, and Monday night I slept for 9 hours. Feels damn good.
Saw "The Hangover" tonight. Thought it was pretty funny, but I was somewhat disappointed to be honest. I was expecting another "Old School" or "Wedding Crashers," but no such luck. Wasn't even as good as "Pineapple Express," "Starsky and Hutch" or "Step Brothers". Oh well.
